WineExpert, the manufacturer of Vintners Reserve and Selection wine kits state that the Vintners Kits will be ready to drink in four weeks and the Selection kits in six.  We have found that the wine will be fermented and clear in that time but will improve with age for as long as you have the patience to wait.
