Selection Series

Selection Premium Red and White Wine Kits consist of a four gallon blend of premium varietal juice and grape concentrates. Selection Estate Series come in only two styles and are an ultra-premium blend consisting of a full 16 liters of juice. Selection International wines are contain juice from the best wine producing regions around the globe. Selection Special Series allow users to experiment with a fine Port, Sherry, Ice wine or Sparkling wine. Our Limited Edition Series consist of a group of four special wines which are only produced once per year. Special orders are required.

All Selection series wines from WineExpert are packaged in an aseptic, nitrogen purged bag placed in a sturdy outer box. Certain kits contain F-Packs or finishing packs designed to enhance flavor and round out sweetness to those styles which require it. No sugar or acid titration is required. Yield is six gallons or 30 750ml standard wine bottles.
